  8. Archival Research especially those related to the history of Talavera and its barangays

  9. Documentation of Cultural Heritage, including cultural properties and material culture of Talavera

  10. Preservation of historical documents /culture and arts object exhibited at the gallery.

  11. Promotion and maintenance of Talavera's Culture and Arts Gallery.

  12. Promotion and development of the Talavera Artist Guild.
